End of the School Year Reminders

• OHSAA Physical Form
  • Must be filled out by a doctor and uploaded to FinalForms.
  • Valid for 1 year from the exam date
  • CANNOT ATTEND TRYOUTS WITHOUT A VALID PHYSICAL

  • Parents and players must create an account.
  • The first scrimmage must fill out all athletic department forms.
• Success Beyond the Classroom Scholarship
  • Scholarship to cover the Pay to Participate fee for those unable to cover it.
  • Due to the athletic office by 3:00 pm on July 25, 2025.
• Summer Dates
  • Open fields and conditioning: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 am – 9 am.
  • Big Walnut Showcase: Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26. INVITE ONLY.
• Mandatory Tryouts
  • August 1^st from 7 am – 9 am and August 2nd from 9am – 11 am.
  • Team selection meetings: August 2^nd from 5 pm – 7:00 pm.
  • Beginning August 1^st, ALL practices, games, and team events are MANDATORY.

  • All team communications come from TeamSnap. Please ensure you and your athlete have connected to the team, downloaded the app, and turned notifications on.
